So that’s where we stand as far as the Living Room goes.I don’t often show full rooms, mostly cause no full rooms feel ready for it, but I think this one is getting there.. And yes, part of the floor is ripped up.

It adds character, right?Sometimes the projects I work on are pretty and creative and interesting, but sometimes they’re just necessary everyday kinda things.

Chris was out of town last week and I spent a lot of time working on boring old real life type of things around the house.The knobs are brushed nickel and the hooks underneath are polished chrome and it just works..

So what do you think?Do you like our rustic country version of this corner of the bathroom or should we put the butterfly wallpaper back up?

I think I found a couple of rolls in the basement, so I can make it happen if I need to!I’ve been waiting for a certain moment ever since they planted the Winter wheat in the fields around our house last Fall.I love how something different is planted each year and it completely changes the landscape for that Summer.
